Shipping & Returns

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Please allow 3 - 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. All products are only produced after our customer places an order. Once processed they will be shipped for delivery.

SHIPPING TIME

Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 15 Business days

Average transit times to International: 5 - 30 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time, the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

If you place an order and have not received a confirmation of dispatch/ tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order please email through to hello.kitchendeas@gmail.com ASAP. 

DELIVERY ISSUES

Kitchendeas is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

If you have changed delivery addresses since placing your order and your package has still not arrived we recommend contacting the shipping company directly to discuss options for redelivery or change of address.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at shop@superbgadgetstore.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

DAMAGED ITEM

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

- Your order number.

- A picture of the damaged product.

Return & Exchange Policy

Per our policy, no returns will be accepted beyond 15 days after your order has been delivered. No refund or exchange offered if 15 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not obligated to accept the return if the item is not in the same condition as it was sent out.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygienic hazards: products are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you, the approval or rejection of your refund.

When everything goes well, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.

Shipping

To return your product, Kitchendeas support will email you the return address after return request has been received.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
