How long does the shipping take?

Average shipping time to the United States may take 5-15 business days. International shipping takes 5-30 business days for the parcel to reach. Please keep in mind that times of delivery can be affected by the busy seasons such as Christmas or other holidays, which may cause a slight delay during such period.

I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has passed. What do I do?

If your item is taking too long to arrive, please contact us, and we will immediately offer you a solution.

Can I get the tracking information?

We ship all of our orders with fully tracked mailing services, and you should have received your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
